img-9685-e1552843701229.pngMy name is Jessica DiRuzza (Garfield-Kabbara) and I am a licensed psychotherapist. I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

My life is guided by a passion for engaging with people, understanding relationships, and staying connected to the larger world around us. A deep curiosity as to how we human beings live the most meaningful lives we can with the little time we have here fuels my work. This passion and curiosity led me into the healing profession as a counselor in 2007. For the last decade I have worked collaboratively with individuals and couples on their transformative journeys. Helping people on their path of exploration and healing is the privilege of a lifetime.

I believe that by tending to a deeper relationship with ourselves, our lives are enriched, as we are able to be more fully present and grounded for all our relationships. This practice of self-care enhances our well-being and connections to those around us. I feel deeply, to work on oneself is a revolutionary and sacred act of service to the larger Earth community, because the change we want for the world begins closest to home. To share this with my clients is a true honor.

I offer sessions online through video and voice. I work with people from all around the world and from all walks of life. I welcome people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexual preferences. If you would like to learn more about how I work, I offer an initial free phone consultation. The best way to see if we are a good fit is to spend some time talking with one another. You can reach me by calling my confidential voicemail directly, or through email.
