Psychotherapy

My therapy practice is my spiritual practice. Every day I take part in my clients’ growth, awareness, and healing. I feel the real impact of psychotherapy, how it helps us to become more connected to ourselves and to the world around us. We all have the ability to heal our wounds and grow from our experiences. Awareness of our past and its influence upon our present empowers us to choose who we become. Therapy is a space to cultivate and enhance what helps us thrive, to look at and change what is no longer serving us, and to better know our inner world by gaining insight into what motivates us. This makes therapy challenging at times, especially as we shed old layers and contact places in ourselves that are conflicted and need support. In my experience, to be human is to know deep pain, loss, and fear as well as joy and felt intimacy. Together, with my support and your willingness, we can be with the difficult feelings and experiences that come with being human. With good therapy and time, real lasting change does occur that leads to a thriving and joyful life.

As a therapist, I hold a safe and grounded space where whatever needs to be felt and spoken can be expressed. My approach is psychoanalytic within a transpersonal framework, and my style is highly intuitive, guided by the depths of psyche. By working together in an engaged way, we create the opportunity for healing and transformation. Our relationship provides a supportive environment for you to share what is truly going on for you in the different areas of your life, and for you to be heard with kindness and respect. Meaningful relationship, with ourselves and with others, is the foundation of a balanced and flourishing life. I have deep reverence for the healing journey, and I respect the vulnerability and courage that it takes to ask for help.

I offer sessions online through video and voice. I work with people from all around the world and from all walks of life. I welcome people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexual preferences.
